1. When cancellation may be requested

A customer may request cancellation only while the order has not yet been accepted for processing. In practical terms, a cancellation request can be considered where at least one of the following circumstances applies and fulfilment has not progressed beyond the point at which cancellation remains possible:

payment for the order has not yet been received or confirmed; or

delivery, fulfilment, execution, or performance of the ordered product or service has not yet started.

2. Orders already being delivered or performed

Once the customer has begun receiving the ordered service, or once performance or delivery has started in a way that makes the order non-cancellable under this Policy, the order cannot be cancelled through this cancellation procedure. This rule concerns cancellation of the order and does not remove any separate statutory withdrawal, return, refund, or consumer-remedy right that may apply under mandatory law or another applicable policy.

3. How to ask for cancellation

If you want to request a cancellation, contact our support team promptly at support@vuxoir.com. Include your name, order number, and the email address used for the purchase so that we can identify the transaction quickly. We will review the current processing status and confirm whether the cancellation can still be accepted.
